Return policy

Please let us know you would like to return a purchase via our contact form. We will contact you personally within 24 hours. We would like to see if we can do something to make sure your purchase fits your expectations. After that, dependent on the situation, in consultation with you, we will decide on the best solution.

Return shipment is for your own account. You are responsible for the shipment's safe return, so we always advise you to ship the product safely via registered mail, and to make sure it is ensured. In some cases we might choose to pay for the transit and subtract it from the total purchase value.

Aspyre Collection always refunds the same way you paid for your purchase. Refunds occur after we received your shipment. After we sent a conformation of the refund, you can expect to have your money back, usually within 14 days.
